Entries start RIGHT NOW! So submit your photo and information to the entry form above by Wednesday, February 16th  at 11:59 pm EST. Voting will begin on Thursday, February 17th at 7:00 pm EST  and end on Sunday, February 20th at 6:59 pm EST. Winners will be announced and notified on Sunday, February 20th at 7:00 pm EST.

By entering our Instagram Giveaway, you agree to the following contractual Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully!

1. THE GIVEAWAY: The Southern Burst Photography Class of 2023 Giveaway (The Giveaway) is organized by: Southern Burst Photography (The Company). Those who apply for The Program will be known as The Entrant in these Terms & Conditions. ​

2. ELIGIBILITY: The giveaway is open to Class of 2023 Seniors, within 60 miles of the Charlotte Metro Area and only for new clients that have not booked. Unfortunately, current senior clients can not enter. If under 18 years of age you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian prior to entering.

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to win The Giveaway. Any purchase from The Company is independent of The Giveaway, and will not increase The Entrant's chances of winning.

4. AGREEMENT: By entering The Giveaway, The Entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. HOW TO ENTER: The Giveaway will run from 7:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on February 13th, 2022 through 6:59 pm Eastern Standard Time on February 20th, 2022. During this time, The Entrant may enter the giveaway by filling out the form above and submitting a photo to sarah@southernburstphotography with the subject line SENIOR GIVEAWAY. No responsibility can be accepted by The Company for entries not received for whatever reason.

6. AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION: The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

7. PRIZE: The prize is as follows: One (1) 90-minute photography session with The Company, valued at $200. The winning Entrant will be shown a gallery of the images captured during the photography session within 2 weeks, and have the option to purchase prints or digitals at that time if they so choose. No purchase is required for accepting the 90-minute photography session. More than one winner may be awarded. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and The Company reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The Company is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.

8. WINNER: The Winner will be selected by random voting and drawing by 7:00 pm on February 20th, 2022. The Winner will be notified via Instagram and will have 24 hours to respond in order to claim their prize,  as well as a contract must be signed within 1 week after the winner is notified, (February 20th notified, February 21st claimed by, signed by February 27th), otherwise if The Winner does not respond within 24 hours, The Company reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pass down the prize to the 2nd place winner and so on. All prizes will be passed down if not claimed!

9. GOVERNANCE: The Giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by US law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Carolina.

10. RELEASE: Each Entrant in The Giveaway agrees to the use of his/her name, image, and Instagram handle in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Applicant’s prior consent.

11. PRIVACY: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Southern Burst Photography and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with The Company's Privacy Policy.
